I loveeeee this cuff. Hugs the cartilage beautifully. Was too tight and seller instructed me on how to use pliers to widen it. Took two adjustments and now it’s perfect, no painful squeezing. Looks very cool with my short pixie. A very unique piece that curves perfectly on the ear, stays put. Very happy. I wear it all the time, get compliments.

This may fit someone with really small ears, but it is not adjustable. I even tried using needle-nosed pliers, but could not make it bigger. It does look nice, but it’s too small for me.
