Return & Exchange Policy
At ELETTRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer exchanges within the guidelines below.
Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and free of damage.
- Customized or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Earrings and pierced jewelry are final sale and cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
- Clearance items are final sale.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate a Request – Contact us at hi@elettrajewelry.com within the exchange period. Include your order number and reason for the exchange.
- Approval & Return Instructions – Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
- Ship the Item – The item must be sent back in its original condition, using a trackable shipping method. Exchanges will be shipped once we receive the original item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping, as well as the shipping cost of the exchanged item.
- Shipping Costs – Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Address & Shipping Responsibility
- All orders will be shipped to the address provided in your order. Please verify your shipping details before completing your purchase.
- We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. If an order is marked as "Returned to Sender," it will be discarded by the carrier, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
- If a package is unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts, it will not be resent or refunded.
Lost or Damaged Orders
- Orders sent with tracking and insurance may be eligible for claims through the shipping provider. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Customs & Duties
- All orders to the U.S. include import duties, taxes, and tariffs, which we pay upfront with DDP shipping. This means your package arrives hassle-free and with no surprises.
- Worldwide buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
- We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs processing or postal service disruptions.
Final Sale Items
- For hygiene reasons, all pierced jewelry (including earrings) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized pieces are also final sale.
- All clearance items are final sale.
