PROCESSING TIME

Processing takes 1-2 business days, and shipping times vary based on location:

• Domestic: - Local (city): 2-3 days 

                             - Regional (province): 4-6 days

                             - National: 6-8 days

                             - Remote: 10 days

• United States: 4-8 business days (Maybe more due to U.S. Customs)
• International: 1-3 weeks

U.S. TARIFFS

All orders to the U.S. include import duties and taxes, which we pay upfront with DDP shipping. This means your package arrives hassle-free and with no surprises.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate.

Packages marked "Returned to Sender" will be discarded by our shipping carriers upon arrival. Orders returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package after delivery attempts will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

For packages sent with tracking and insurance, claims for lost or damaged items can be submitted to the respective shipping provider.
